PDR FAQ’S
Paintless dent repair is an environmentally friendly dent repair technique that reshapes the painted exterior surface of your vehicle, restoring it back to its original factory-like form.
Paintless dent repair is not only a lot less expensive than traditional dent repair, but it also takes a lot less time. Traditional dent repair fills in the dents on your vehicle with filler & paint, and then paint matching is needed to complete the process. The dents on your vehicle are not actually fixed but instead covered up. This helps to depreciate your vehicle’s resale value. Paintless dent removal utilizes a light massaging technique restoring your vehicle’s surface and removing the dent in whole. There is also no paint matching needed with PDR.
Yes! Paintless dent repair is actually the best technique to utilize for hail damage repair. Keep in mind that it may take a little longer than any normal paintless dent removal service, due to the fact that hail often leaves a lot of little dings throughout the vehicle

While PDR is great for 80-90% of auto body dents, dings, and creases it is not a great fit for all. Any dents or body damage that has damaged paint, are very deep, have sharp edges, torn or protruding metal, or are due to fender benders or damage that goes below the undercarriage of the vehicle, are not a good fit for paintless dent repair. Having your vehicle assessed by an experienced PDR professional will help you to determine if PDR is right for your vehicle.
Paintless dent repair comes with many benefits that include: it is environmentally friendly & leaves no carbon footprint. Saves time & is a lot more convenient than traditional dent repair. PDR is also a lot more cost-friendly & will help to increase the resale value of your vehicle. And the best part there is no major body work that needs to be done on your vehicle and no paint watching required!
Experienced & trained paintless dent removal specialists utilize special tools & techniques to gently but effectively massage out dents, dings, and creases. A technician first assesses the dent, then preps the area. From there they need to get behind the dent where they will apply firm yet gentle pressure to help ease out the indented area. No fillers or paint is ever needed!
CERAMIC COATING FAQ’S
A ceramic coating utilizes nano-ceramic technology to create a liquid polymer that is applied by hand to your vehicle. Once applied it bonds to your vehicle’s paint & top coat creating the ultimate, protective, glass-like shield. Ceramic coatings are 3 times stronger than factory topcoats and leave your car with incredible shine & gloss while also helping to protect it.
Ceramic coatings are pricey for a few reasons. One is because of the high-quality materials & advanced technology that goes into creating them. A ceramic coating also lasts longer than most of its alternatives and leaves you with not only vehicle protection but enhanced gloss & shine. In fact, you will never have to wax your car, truck, or SUV ever again. And hydrophobic capabilities make cleaning & maintaining your vehicle so much easier!
A ceramic coating should always be applied by a professional for maximum results & longevity. That being said, the ceramic coating process can be broken down into steps. It is also important to note, the application process and the amount of time it takes greatly depends on the condition of your vehicle beforehand. The first step is to wash and prep the vehicle. Once this is done the next step is to correct any imperfections such as scratches or swirl marks. Next, a safe prepping solvent will be applied to your vehicle. Once the solvent has been applied the ceramic coating process begins. Depending on the package that you have chosen the application is repeated & leveled until the layers are complete.
Ceramic coatings are permanent/semi-permanent and can not be washed away like wax and other known sealants. The longevity of your ceramic coating also greatly depends on how well you care for your vehicle and how well you maintain it. Should you want to have a ceramic coating removed it is best to seek the help of an experienced professional as it is no easy task.
As we mentioned before removing a ceramic coating is no easy task and should be handled by an experienced ceramic coating installation professional. Abrasion is used in the removal process and basically consists of utilizing wet sand, compound & polish.

A ceramic coating is 100% safe for your vehicle’s paint and is actually 3 times stronger than a normal factory clear coat. It adheres to the porous surface of your vehicle and essentially creates a glass-like shield leaving your paint & vehicle looking better than it did when you drove it off the showroom floor!

No, before a ceramic coating is applied any pre-existing damage needs to be addressed first. Not to worry, we can help with any dent removal or paint correction that may need to be done before installing a ceramic coating.
It is best to wait 10-14 days before washing your vehicle for the first time after having a ceramic coating applied. This allows the coating to fully cure & harden. Should you notice any water spots, bird droppings, etc. on your vehicle before 10 days, make sure to remove it immediately. The coating is still a lot softer during this time, so make sure to be gentle when working on any dirty spots.
If taken care of properly a ceramic coating could last a lifetime. Two huge factors in how long your coating will last include the quality of the ceramic coating application and also the quality of the product used. Keep in mind that you will always get what you pay for!
